Full course description
As a Blue Ridge LEND Fellow, you will be embarking upon an exceptional year of professional growth alongside a select interdisciplinary cohort of future leaders. You will also be joining a larger regional and national network dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
Through participation in the program, you will gain knowledge, skill, and mastery related to evidence-based, interdisciplinary, culturally competent, and person- and family-centered care, while also developing leadership skills that will enable you to improve the broader system of care for individuals with autism and other disabilities.
